Meet at the Anacostia Park Skating Pavilion, 1500 Anacostia Dr SE, 9:30am–12:30pm on Sept 26; Ocean Conservancy supplies tools, gloves, breakfast, and lunch. Wear closed-toe shoes; anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian and should contact the site organizer beforehand.
