DC's biggest Latin festival turns Pennsylvania Avenue into a block party, with Brazil as this year's guest of honor.
Saturday, September 26, 11am–7pm on Pennsylvania Ave NW between 3rd and 7th Streets; free and open to the public, with Latin American food vendors, live music and dance stages. The Parade of the Nations runs the following Sunday.
