A ranger-led trek through the rocky, uneven terrain Roosevelt actually hiked to clear his head from the presidency.
Meet at Peirce Mill (2401 Tilden St NW) on Oct 2, 2:00–3:00 pm for a 1.5-mile round-trip guided hike with steep, rocky sections. Wear sturdy shoes, bring water; recommended for ages 10 and up, kids must stay with an adult.
